Where needed, tapered insulation and crickets are added to eliminate dead zones and direct water to drains or gutters. Substrate repairs come first. A solid deck makes the entire system reliable.
Installation and Flashing
Installation follows manufacturer specifications-attachment, seams, and flashings verified as we go. Around walls, curbs, and pipes, you'll see reinforced flashing so water has nowhere to get in. Edge metals and terminations are straight, tight, and sealed-critical in Tampa Bay's wind and storms.
