Good morning folks. Jason Smith here with Rescue Roofing. I am on a repair right now and it's a little bit complex so I thought I'd showcase it. This was a faux balcony. All this beautiful stone, this faux balcony, the water was still able to get behind it over time. So we're coming in, we're repairing all this deteriorated wood that's been going on for such a long time. Then we're going to build this TPO roof back, reinstall the balcony banister and everything that was once here and make sure that this is water tight from the homeowner.
