Simply: your roof's square footage times the plan rate. Bronze is $0.30 per square foot with one inspection a year, Silver is $0.35 with two visits, and Gold is $0.45 with three visits for aging roofs. We measure your roof during the first visit, so your price is exact, not estimated.
Every plan, residential or commercial, includes debris removal and cleanup, minor repairs up to $500 a year, sealant and flashing touch-ups, a detailed inspection report with photo documentation, and priority storm response. Residential plans also include gutter cleaning.
