o We offer Preferred and Platinum warranties, all through Owens Corning.
o Preferred Warranty: 10 year leak protection Roof Replacement Workmanship warranty
▪ Requirements: - Hip and ridge installation
- Underlayment installation
- Choose 2 of 3: ventilation, starter shingle, or self-adhered ice
and water
o Platinum Warranty: 25 year leak protection Roof Replacement Workmanship warranty
▪ Requirements: - Purchase and install Owens Corning roofing shingles
- Install at least 4 of the following Owens Corning components:
- Self-adhered ice and water barrier
- Underlayment
- Starter shingles
- Hip and ridge shingles
- Intake or exhaust vents
Rescue Roofing Standard Workmanship Warranties:
- Standard: 5 year Leak Roof Replacement Workmanship Warranty
- Requirements:
- Purchase and install new roof by Rescue Roofing
- Standard: 1 year Leak Protection Workmanship Warranty
- 1 year Leak Workmanship Warranty for Repair or Roof Replacement
- Requirements:
- Purchase and install new roof by Rescue Roofing or roof repair
Financing Options
- Do you offer financing?
o Yes, we have three financing options:
Short-term options:
- 12 Months Same as Cash:
- No interest, no payment for 12 months after completion
- Rolls into a 19.5% simple interest loan for 84 months
- 18 Months Deferred Interest:
- No interest if paid in full within 18 months with minimum
monthly payments - Defaults to 19.5%
Long-term option:
- 120 Months – 9.9%:
- A 9.9% – 19.5% simple interest loan for 120 months
- Loan terms are subject to credit verification and review
process. Additional documents may be required for income
and identity verification.
