I had an outstanding experience with Rescue Roofing from start to finish. It began with the inspection—George was incredibly thorough and spent a significant amount of time at my home ensuring he identified every single leak and point of concern. He was very genuine, listened carefully to my needs, and even coordinated the use of the specific products I requested. Once the work started, the foreman, Ryan, did an awesome job. He was extremely professional and spent the entire time on-site, staying on top of the crew and ensuring every detail was handled correctly. He listened to all my concerns and resolved them immediately. The entire team was professional and meticulous throughout the whole process. My roof was damaged during Hurricane Milton in 2024, and unfortunately my insurance company initially denied the claim. I had to take legal action to get the claim approved, so when it finally came time to replace the roof, I wanted to make sure I chose the right contractor. I spent time researching companies and was eventually referred to Rescue Roofing. From the very first phone call with their office, the process was smooth and professional. They connected me with Ryan, their Sales Manager, who scheduled a time to meet at my property. Ryan arrived with multiple shingle samples so I could review the roof colors in person and make the best decision for my home. After I selected my Owens Corning shingle, he provided a very detailed proposal outlining everything that would be done on the project, including the material delivery, expected start date, and exact time the crew would arrive. On the day of the project, the materials were already delivered and staged on site. The crew actually arrived an hour early and immediately got to work. They did a phenomenal job installing the roof. During the project, Carlos, the field representative, walked me through the entire process, explained each stage of the installation, and answered all of my questions. I really appreciated the transparency and communication. Another thing that stood out was how clean and organized the job site stayed throughout the entire project. The crew worked efficiently and professionally from start to finish. I even had the opportunity to meet Colin, the owner, which shows how involved the company leadership is in their work. You can tell this is a family-oriented business that truly believes in great customer service and delivering quality work. From the first phone call to signing the contract and completing the installation, this was one of the smoothest contractor experiences I’ve ever had. I highly recommend Colin, Ryan, and the entire Rescue Roofing team to anyone needing roofing services. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends, family, or other contractors.

The Roofing Specialist who assessed my repair need, Jason Smith, was top notch and consistently responsive to my every question and concern, which included solid recommendations for services outside Rescue Roofing's purview. I am glad I shopped around and found this company. I understand they're owned by a family that has been in business for four generations. That says something. They don't suck. You don't stay in business long if you do. Everybody in the company I met, right down to the repair men, seemed to like what they do. I should add that the ease of making payment online via Quicken was about as straightforward and simple as it gets. This company has its poop in a group. Enough said.
